Shipping Information

All orders placed on this site are batched together with other orders for your group and are shipped to your group's predetermined location. See the banner on your group's page for delivery location, schedule and specifics.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

All items are custom decorated to order. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.

 

Defective Merchandise or Items Received In Error

In the event you receive an item due to our error or defective merchandise, we will replace it with the item originally ordered at no additional cost as long as you notify us about the issue within 14 days from the original date of shipment. You may be asked to provide a photographic image of the item or to return it via a call tag we issue to you. If you are issued a call tag and the item is not returned within 30-days, you will be charged for the replacement.
